Hi! I’m Ashley Lamb, and I’m a senior here in the Wilson College of Textiles majoring in both polymer and color chemistry and human biology. I was born and raised in this area, so I’ve made a lot of connections around here, with one of my favorites being my volunteer opportunities at the North Carolina Museum of Natural Sciences. In my free time, I love journaling, birding and baking. One interesting fact about me is that I’ve performed research for two chemistry labs here!
Why Wilson?
I chose the Wilson College because this college has small class sizes with widely applicable majors. Textiles is an industry necessary in any career! And I chose polymer and color chemistry in particular because I love how application-based the classes are.
